Salt Lake Temple Trip

The youth in the Eastview Ward had the chance to earn an overnight trip to the Salt Lake Temple. The girls had to complete 5 batches of indexing, and the boys had to complete various goals they set with their leaders. We had 29 youth attend! It was an awesome couple of days! We did baptisms in the Salt Lake Temple, walked around Temple Square, visited the new Church History Museum, and toured the Conference Center.

The girls spent the night at Abby's parent's house. It was a beautiful place!
All the youth gathered for our Thursday night devotional. We watched 'Only a Stonecutter,' and Bailey shared her testimony on how the Temple has blessed her life.
Temple Square after baptisms! These are the best kids!
Breakfast!
Bailey, Emily, and Marlee- I love these girls!
I love my calling with the young women. I'm pretty sure my time in there is winding down, but I'm so grateful I've been able to have all these great experiences with Bailey.
Marlee, Emily, and Bailey- These girls have known each other FOREVER! I wish we would have had Madi there!
The whole gang!
The Visitor's Center
The church History Museum was really cool!
Andrew and Bailey studying the gold plates.
They were seeing how long it would take them to translate the Book of Mormon if they were scribes.
Touring the Conference Center. It is an amazing building, with some incredible artwork inside!
Our tour guild's name was Dwayne Johnson. :)
Pictures with President Monson!

We had a great trip! Spiritual experience had, and memories made!
