Valentine's Weekend!

Monday was a holiday, so Sawyer came down for the 3 day weekend. Valentine's Day fell on a Sunday this year, so we stretched the fun out to all 3 days. Sawyer, his friend Jewell, Bailey, and Mason spent Saturday snowboarding at Kelly Canyon. Sawyer was teaching Jewell, and Mason was teaching Bailey. They all had fun, and Bailey did better than she thought she would. When they got home, we ate heart shaped pizza, and decorated cookies.

Snowboarding!
Our cute heart shaped pizza!

I could seriously smack him! Why do I bother to get my camera out!
Of course Bailey had to decorate a cookie for Andrew, and then take a bite out of it before she delivered it to him! Man, this girl can hold a grudge!
The kids got their Valentines on Sunday morning. Me and Mark decided instead of getting each other Valentines this year, we would just put money in an envelope, and in late spring/early summer, we'd spend the night in West Yellowstone so we'd have a whole weekend to hike, bike, and explore more places in the park. I'm so excited! I'm ready for winter to be over!

Mason came over when Bailey wasn't here, and left  flowers for her. So cute!
Our cute Valentines!
On Monday, Bailey took Mason on a food crawl for Valentine's Day. She gave him a cute form he had to fill out and get back to her. He had to pick his 3 favorite types of food. He picked bbq, fast, and american. They went to Buffalo Wild Wings for appetizers (bbq), Chick-fil-A for the main course (fast), and Cold Stone for dessert (american). So fun!
As you can see, my kids have now corrupted Mason. These are the 3 pictures Bailey sent me.
Happy Valentine's Day!

Singing Through The Decades!

These two had 3 performances in one week. On Tuesday they got to miss some work and school to perform for the Idaho Falls Music Club. They did music through the decades, and it was really cute.

That same night, they played at church for our YM/YW talent night. They played 'Rock This Town' by the Stray Cats. This was a fun one for them to perform. They whole Talent Show was awesome! We have some great kids in our neighborhood with some very impressive hobbies and talents.

Rock This Town

On Friday night, Morningstar Assisted Living Center had the cutest Valentine social for their residence. TNT Studios provided the entertainment. The kids played love songs from the 60s. It was so cute! Bailey loves old music, and she loves old people, so this was so perfect for her! The cute ladies on the front row would close their eyes, sway back and forth, and sing along. Bailey played, 'Ain't No Mountain High Enough,' by Marvin Gaye. After the kids were done playing, they had a slide show of all the residence in their younger days. Lots of awesome wedding pictures. So sweet! At first Bailey said she wanted to work there, but then she realized that she wouldn't be able to handle it when the residence died, so she changed her mind.

Morningstar performance

It was a busy guitar week, and that's how we like it!

Superbowl!

We had our traditional Superbowl party at the Temple's house! Lots of yummy food, and fun people! I honestly didn't watch a single bit of the game. I even missed most of the commercials this year. I was too busy chatting with Kassie. I don't see her very much anymore, so we had a lot to catch up on.

Sawyer and his cute little mini twin, Carson!
I don't really have words for this one, other than Grayson is the BEST! Hahaha!
One of these days when my kids grow up and act mature, they will wonder why they look dumb in EVERY picture I have of them! I take that back...the grow up and mature thing will never happen, so these will be the kinds of pictures I get FOREVER!
Bailey and Mason
The whole gang!
This is my favorite picture of the night! Nora would climb up Sawyer to get on the couch so she could jump back off. Sawyer's face is classic! He's never been comfortable around little kids, and he had no idea how to handle this! I was cracking up!
Thanks Temples! Good times!
