We have the gang (Sawyer, Amanda, Noah, Joanne, Adler, etc..) over for Sunday dinner about once each month, I decided to try something new this year; we are cooking through the states! We are going in reverse alphabetical order, so January we made popular foods from Wyoming, and in February we did Wisconsin.
Wyoming:
We had Hot Hamburgers, which are open faced burgers with a slice of American cheese, served over French fries, and smothered in gravy. Amanda does our desserts, and she made yummy cowboy cookies. This one was a big hit!

Wisconsin:
For Wisconsin we had brats, because of their German heritage. We also had Wisconsin mac n cheese, and fried cheese curds. Amanda made cream puffs for dessert.

We have Sawyer and Amanda over for other random dinners, and we always benefit from Amanda's dessert making. We got her a donut pan for Christmas, and she has been making yummy donuts!
