January's state was Pennsylvania, and I was excited about this one! We made philly cheese steaks, and they turned out so good! These will definitely be made again! I learned that a traditional philly cheese steak does not have green peppers and onions. That is an addition that was made in the western side of the united states. We kept them as authentic as possible for our dinner night. They were a big hit. Noah and Jonnae did fries, and Sawyer and Amanda did homemade whoopie pies for dessert. So yummy!
