We went to Sandy Downs for the semi finals of the War Bonnet Round Up Rodeo. It was fun! The best part was at the beginning when they had the kid bull riding competition. I was AMAZED! They had kids as young as 8 years old, but most of them were middle school age. Holy cow, they were good! As a mom, it gave me some serious anxiety watching them, but they were some serious cowboys! The rodeo always brings back memories of my Lakeside days. I loved the Rodeo, and would look forward to it every year growing up.
