Happy 13th Birthday Bailey!
I can't believe she is a teenager! Where has the time gone? It seems normal for Sawyer to be growing up because he's the oldest, but I guess I always thought Bailey would stay young forever. I am one of those moms that LOVES the teenage years though. It's been awesome with Sawyer, and I know it will be awesome with Bailey. She is already an amazing young lady!
We pulled off a pretty big birthday surprise! We got her a One Direction shirt and book. Sawyer told her she would probably like page 62. When she turned to that page, she found a note that said this:
We thought this book would entertain you during the long car ride. And the shirt would be perfect to wear in Las Vegas for the One Direction CONCERT you'll be attending in August! Happy Birthday!

Although she won't get to actually enjoy her present until August, there was still plenty of screaming and squealing that followed.
She had a fun day at school with her friends, and then she had a nice dinner at Texas Roadhouse that night.
