Girl's Camp

Bailey had a great time at Girl's Camp this year! She had amazing stake leaders, level leaders, youth leaders, and level 2 campers! The theme of camp was Black & White (there is no gray in the Lord's standards). They had plenty of spiritual experiences, and plenty of fun!

Monday: They set up camp. Bailey LOVED her tent girls. She was with Emily Russon, Amber Weeks, and Kalli Harris. That night they had FHE in their levels. Level 2 had theirs on the importance of family.
Tuesday: They spent most of Tuesday getting their certification done. That night they had skit night, which is always a blast at camp. Level 2 did a Spiritual Hunger Games skit.
Wednesday: Hike day! Bailey did the Monument hike. She loved it. They heard the story, and went into the wind caves. That night they had Spiritual Night. They sang songs, had a devotional, and watched Ephraim's Rescue.
Thursday: They had a Blind Faith Walk that was amazing, and had a huge impact on the girls. That night they separated into their own wards and had Bishop's Night. Then they went back to their levels for Testimony Meeting. Thursday was a spiritual high for most of them.
Friday: Packed up and headed home!

Hiking to the wind caves.

Monument hikers!
Bailey loved her youth leaders, but Rachel was her VERY favorite!
I had the chance to go up on Wednesday and hike Tablerock with the level 4 girls! We had an awesome group! Everyone made it to the top, and did it with great attitudes! Tablerock is a VERY challenging 14 mile hike (via Huckleberry). I'm so impressed with the determination I see in the girls each year that I hike this with them.

On top of Tablerock! I love this hike! It feels like you're on top of the world!
Awesome Tablerock hikers!
This is Bailey Webb. She made the mistake of falling asleep on the bus ride home :)!
I'm so grateful that Bailey has the opportunity to go to camp each year and have these experiences. She knows how important they are in her life. She had to make a tough choice this year. Girl's Camp and a running camp that she loves fell on the same week. As disappointed as she was, there was never even a question as to which one she would choose. She made the right choice, and her life was blessed because of it. Camp was fantastic!
