We spent an AWESOME weekend in Stanley, Idaho at the base of the Sawtooth Mountains. We went to the Freeman's cabin with Scott, Clayton, Nathan, Grammy, and Papa. It was fun to listen to the Varvels reminisce with Duane and Dan about old times.

Some of us went on a hike on Friday. Dan was our guide, and he took us off the trail to a beautiful lake that probably only a handful of people have ever even been to. Some of the places were a little out of our comfort zone, but it was an awesome adventure! Bailey was a little nervous coming back down, but Dan was great to help her through the scary parts. She felt pretty accomplished by the time we were done!

While we were all standing on the porch of the cabin, a fox walked right past us. It dug in a hole, caught a huge squirrel, and walked off with it.
We had a great trip, and we're already excited to go back and do another hike!
