Sunday Dinners (February)

I forgot to take pictures of our Sunday night dinner theme for January, but it was comfort foods. Yummy!

Our February theme was BARS! This was a repeat theme from last year, but we did totally different bars this time.

Our first Sunday of the month was a hot dog bar. It was a fun one! I printed out a paper with 5 different hot dog styles, and then let everyone go to town. We wanted to try several, so we cut the hot dogs in half, and still couldn't get through them all.

Ideas for the hot dog bar.

Noah-Jonnae-Mark

The Rubin and the West Virginian.
The Rubin was my favorite of the night.

Sawyer with his Chicago Dog. That was fun for him to eat with his beard. 😳

For Valentine's week, we did a hors d'oeuvre bar for dinner, and a chocolate bar for dessert.

We all brought a favorite appetizer to share.

Little smokies, meatballs, taquitos, and mac n cheese cups.

We all brought something that would be good dipped in chocolate, and had a chocolate fountain.

The third Sunday was a ramen noodle bar. So fun! We had beef and chicken ramen noodles, and then all the fixings you would get in a restaurant. So good!

Yum!

The final Sunday in February was a Biscuit Bar. This was another super yummy one! This was the kind of bar that you get full way before you are done trying everything.

Biscuit Bar

I had biscuits n gravy, a sausage and cheese biscuit sandwich, and a little biscuit with cinnamon honey butter and jam.

Can't wait for March....breakfast for dinner!
