Sunday Dinners (March)

Our Sunday dinner theme for March was 'breakfast', and our movie theme was 'crime in it.' The first Sunday we had German pancakes. This was my first time ever making them, and they were really yummy. I made the traditional big pan, and I also made fun, little individual ones.

My first attempt at German pancakes was a success!

Little individual ones.

The first Sunday of the month we like to play games instead of watching a movie. We played Curses.

Curses with Noah and Sawyer is hilarious.

The next Sunday we veered from our breakfast theme to celebrate Saint Patrick's Day. We had Corn Beef and Cabbage. I love it, so I'm not quite sure why we only make it once a year.

Happy Saint Patrick's Day!

Yum!

Our movie that night was Knives Out. Love that one!

We skipped the following Sunday, because Mark and I were driving home from our Pulse Endurance Run in boise, and we were tired and sore, so we needed to rest.

The last Sunday of the month was a hot cereal bar. We tried lots of different kinds, and it ended up being really good.
We watched, 'Oh Brother Where Art Thou.' It was quite strange; entertaining, but strange.

We tried a hot rice cereal that ended up being a favorite. It was really good!

Since we skipped a Sunday, we needed to make up one of the movies. We had 'The Fugitive' planned, and we needed the kids to see it, because it is a classic, so instead of games the first Sunday in April, we watched that instead. So good!
