Bailey, Mason, & Nora Visit

Bailey had a baby shower to go to in Idaho Falls, so they got to come for a weekend visit. Oh man do I love when Nora comes to the farm!

The evening they got here, we had Sawyer and Amanda come out, and we had a very yummy family dinner. Mark smoked cheese stuffed, bacon wrapped burgers, I smoked homemade creamed corn, Amanda made the most beautiful hamburger buns (seriously an A+ for presentation), and they were yummy too! She also made the best macaroons! We all ate too much, and had a great visit. 

All my favorite people in one place! Yay!

Nora is the cutest, smartest, funniest, dreamiest little girl! She has everyone wrapped around her finger. 

She helped Pops start a fire.

Nora loves Pops, and was happy to have him chase her around the living room endlessly. 😄

Nora wanted to see the animals so bad, so before bed, Bailey and I took her out for a quick visit.

She got to feed the donkeys!

She wasn't quite sure about Reeses at first, but it didn't take long for them to become besties.

She gave Reeses lots of treats.

Nora knows all the animals by name. She often tells Bailey she wants to FaceTime Grams and Pops, and then names a couple animals. 😆

Saturday Bailey went to the baby shower, and Mason met up with his brother, so Mark and I had Nora all to ourselves. We had a great time making treats.

Our first project was green jello to celebrate St. Patrick's Day.
Notice the bags of chips by her; she was a big fan, and that's all she wanted to eat. 😂

Nora had never had real jello before, and it was hilarious watching her try to figure it out. Once she figured out how to eat it, she was a big fan.

Our next project was making Rolo ritz. Nora could do all of this by herself.

Nora loves our bathroom tub faucet, so her and Pops played in there for quite a while.

When Bailey and Mason got back home, we celebrated St. Patrick's Day Cider Bend style! Nora loves the barn and the animals!

We put the donkeys away and brought out the goats. That's when the real chaos began. 😂

Mason had a great time playing with the goats. I'm sharing a few short videos, because Bailey cracks me up. She was so amused and entertained by the goats! 😆

Nora would run across the barn waving her arms, and yelling to get the goats all riled up. She must have run back and forth at least 20 times. The goats liked their new play friend, but weren't quite sure what to make of her. 😆

These next two pictures might be my favorite of the weekend. Nora never got to meet Oreo, and we know Reeses won't be around much longer, so the fact that these two bonded so much was awesome. In fact, after Nora went to bed, we sat around getting all emotional and crying about it. 😅

We also got tacos from a yummy new place in Ririe, and had this very fun banana split.

Sunday morning we went to church before the kids had to leave. 

We decided that since we weren't gonna see Nora on Eater, we'd give her her Easter basket a little bit early. I love doing Easter baskets. I love to get Nora some fun spring clothes for when the weather starts warming up.

So fun!
