Cooking Through The States: Virginia

 Our state for May was Virginia. I made Brunswick stew and biscuits. It was really good! Way back in the day, they made this with rabbit, squirrel, or opossum. Today it's made with chicken (thank heavens). Amanda made peanut pie for dessert. We were all curious about this one, and we ended up loving it. It's a lot like a pecan pie, but with salted peanuts instead. So good!
