Day 9
Blizzard Beach
Blizzard Beach is another Disney water park. This one was AWESOME! This was one of our favorite days. The slides at this park were so fun. We took a family raft ride, went down lots of different tube slides, relaxed in the wave pool, did the Toboggan racers (you go down slides on your belly on a mat, and race the other people), and then we hit the scary slides. We did the Slush n Gusher, which was a pretty big, bumpy slide. Then we did Summit Plummet. It was an insane 12 story water slide. I said I wasn't going to do it, but the kids really wanted to. I didn't want to be the only wimp, so we all did it. Even when you were laying on the slide getting ready to go, you couldn't actually see the slide, because it went straight down. It was pretty fun. Even though it was a Saturday, we hardly waited in any lines. This was our last day of Disney World, and it was a great way to end that part of our vacation.
This is the big slide. It looks like you are going to go off a ski jump, but it just keeps on dropping below it. You could even ride a ski lift up to the base of where all the slides were.
