Mark and I wanted to go snowshoeing on his day off, and we had to go all the way to Island Park because we don't have any snow locally (not even at Palisades). It's been the strangest winter! Island Park was beautiful like always, but for some reason, I got blisters (which has never happened), so I didn't have the greatest time. We made it 7 miles though, and tried a new loop.
