Cooking through the states in August was fun! Texas was our state, and it was a good one! Mark did ribs on the smoker for the first time, and they turned out delicious. I made Texas caviar, Texas toast, and Texas baked beans from scratch. The beans ended up being super good, and even better left over. Amanda made Texas sheet cake for dessert.
