Charlie's Blessing!

We took a quick trip over to Boise for Charlie's blessing day, and to take Nora to a water park. We got there on Saturday afternoon, and went to a ward dinner and water party that Bailey and Mason's ward was having. They love their ward, and it was fun to meet some of the people we've heard a lot about. I watched the youth play the water games, and I totally got Eastview Ward vibes and flashbacks of my kids growing up in an awesome neighborhood with awesome families. Made me feel grateful for the past, and grateful that Bailey and Mason have that now.

Look at this darling little sun baby!

Have I mentioned that being a Grams is the best gig I've ever had?

Nora was so cute running around with the kids playing water games.

This cute girl would help Nora refill her water gun each time it was empty.

Sunday was the big day. We all gathered for Charlie's blessing!

She wore the same dress Nora was blessed in.

She slept through the whole service.

She even slept through all the love she was getting. 😁

Cutest girls on the planet!

I'm so grateful Madi and Gabe moved to Boise. It's so fun to see Madi and Bailey raising their babies together. It's crazy to think they have known each other literally their whole lives. Mike and Shannon happen to be in Boise visiting too, so it was fun to get to chat with them for a while.
I'm also always super grateful for Mason's siblings. They are the best support system, and I'm so glad they all live in Boise now.

💗💖💓💝

It's crazy that they are a family of four now!

After church, we all went back to Bailey and Mason's for lunch.

Bailey set up the cutest fruit pizza bar for dessert.

I'm the luckiest Grams around!

Karen comes to everything to support Bailey and Mason. She truly is a gem of a lady!

The smiley little star of the day!

She is so darling!

Snuggles for Pops.

Nora giving Pops a bit of lipstick. 😂

Charlie cuddles!

On Monday morning we went to breakfast at a fun place Bailey had heard about. You eat breakfast out on a balcony at a small airport and you can watch the planes take off and land. Nora thought it was pretty cool! Planes were taking off and landing the entire time.

The reason we were still there on Monday is because we were planning to take Nora to Roaring Springs Water Park. We got her passes for her birthday. An hour before we were supposed to go, they closed the park due to weather. I was so disappointed! It ended up working out fine, because Mason and Bailey took the girls the following Saturday, and the park was opened for longer hours. Nora loved it and they stayed for almost the whole day. We will definitely go over next summer and take the girls again.

I painted Nora's toes so they would be pretty at the water park.

Always fun to take quick trips to Boise. We love spending any time we can with our grand babies!
