Tennessee is know for what's called 'a meat and three,' meaning a meat and three side dishes. That's what we did in September. Mark smoked some steaks, and I did the three sides, which were cornbread, fried pickles, and corn on the cob. It was my first time doing fried pickles, and they were really good. Tennessee is also known for their banana pudding, so Amanda made that for dessert.
