BSU Orientation/Boise Zoo

A couple days after Bailey got back from Haiti, we took a trip over to Boise for her BSU Orientation. We got her all checked in, and then left her on campus for 2 days. She spent the night in the Honor's College dorms, got registered for her fall classes, learned all about student life on campus, toured the dorms, met other students, went to a college fair, etc. She learned a lot and had a great time. She's excited to get started! While she did all that, Mark and I had fun in Boise. We took care of some stuff on campus while we were there, then went to the Boise Zoo, the library, ran at the river and in the foothills, ate a some yummy places, and had a nice relaxing weekend.

Bailey got accepted into the Honor's College at Boise State. She sent me this picture right after registration started. Her inner Harry Potter nerd is beyond excited about this!

This guys was so cute! He was so playful while we were there, and kept chasing his tail.

A cute little fox!

This guy was huge and he was so still that he looked fake!

Cute little lemurs!

We did intervals up this hill. You can't tell from the picture, but it was huge, and steep!
We really like Boise. It seems like such a fun, clean city. We are excited for Bailey to start her college journey. I'm sure we'll find lots to do in Boise, and come up with lots of excuses to go visit her.
