Mark and I were in Boise running a race on St. Patrick's Day, so we couldn't do much to celebrate. We had fun with the donkeys during the week before we left to go out of town though. 😂 The following weekend, we had Sawyer and Amanda over for a corned beef n cabbage dinner. I only make it once a year, and we love it, so we didn't want to miss it. Better late than never.

| I made my first carrot cake. It was so good! I can stop looking for the perfect recipe for it, because this is definitely it! The only carrot cake I've ever had that might rival this one is from Maddox. |
