Cooking Through The States: South Carolina

 November's state was South Carolina. It was one of my favorites so far. The main dish was chicken bog. It was easy and yummy, and I will definitely make it again. I made collard greens for our side dish, and they were a big hit. I had never made them or even tasted them before. They take a long time to make, but I would do them again for certain occasions. Noah and Joanne brought corn bread, and Amanda made a coconut cake for dessert. South Carolina knows what's up when it comes to dessert, because the cake was sooooo good! Amanda has made us a lot of yummy desserts, but this definitely made my top three favorites. Just writing this makes me want more!
