Sawyer had an AWESOME track season. He made a big change from last year, and decided to run mid distance, instead of sprinting. It was a great choice!

This is the Bonneville meet. This is the meet where Sawyer figured out how to run the 800m. He dropped 10 seconds off his time. We knew at this point, that his switch was a good choice. It just took him a race or two to figure it out.

This was at Districts. The weather was finally good, and Sawyer had an amazing race! He ended the season with his best time. He dropped his 800m time by another 5 seconds. I wish the season was a little bit longer, because he's really starting to dig deep and run great races. I can't wait til next year. 800m.....2:19.2
