Bailey's Engaged!

Ahhhhhhh! Bailey's getting married! Mason proposed the day after Christmas! She opened her Christmas presents from him on Christmas day, but there was one she couldn't open until the next day. She thought Mason was still in Utah, but he had driven up that morning to get everything set up. When she opened the remaining gift, it sent her on an adventure to all their 'places.' The first clue sent her to his old house, because his front porch is where they had their first kiss. The next clue sent her to the zoo, because that's where they 'officially' became a couple. The last clue sent her to the kissing tree at Freeman Park. They have a lot of history and there's a great story that goes along with the tree. Mason was waiting there for her. That's where he popped the question. So cute! Bailey is beyond excited, and the rest of us are thrilled for Mason to join our family.
Mason's cousin, Ty, was there capturing the whole moment, and Bailey had no idea!

This is my favorite picture. They radiate happiness.

They carved their initials in the tree years ago.

She noticed him the summer before she started her freshman year of high school, and she's been hooked ever since.
Needless to say, the final week of the break was non-stop wedding planning. Bailey wanted to get as much done as she could before school started. We busted out a ton of stuff in that short time. She got Mason's ring, picked her wedding party, met with a decorator, bought a wedding dress, picked out her flowers, ordered a cake, etc... We've been busy! Their date is May 16th, a week after their semester ends.
Bailey had to go back to Boise a week before school started for work, and Mason left to go on a cruise with his family. She takes a picture of the ring with everything she is doing while he's gone and sends it to him. He's gotten some funny ones.
She is in love with her ring, and keeps sticking it in our faces!
We couldn't be happier for them! We are all super excited! Congratulations to the little love birds!
