Mark and I hiked the Little Elk Creek trail to the ridge overlooking Waterfall Canyon. It was a beautiful and hard 9 miles out and back. From the ridge, we could see all the way down to Palisades Lake, and we had a great view of Mt. Baird.

We're trying to make the most of the season we still have left to hike. Winter will be here before we know it!
