4th of July Weekend

Bailey, Mason, and Nora decided to come to Idaho Falls for Steph's wedding, and then realized it was the 4th of July weekend, so they got to stay even longer and celebrate the 4th of July with us! A lot of people got to meet Nora for the first time. 

Reeses met Nora, and so far is the only one that isn't a big fan. 😂 Reeses wanted nothing to do with her.

Pops got to see Nora for the second time!

Sawyer and Amanda finally got to meet her! They came by on their way to the gym to see her for a few minutes right after Bailey and Mason got here.

She has the perfect little squishy face! Get a load of those eye lashes!

Friday evening, we took Nora hiking on one of our Lost Souls routes. We hiked Fisher Bottom. I took a lot of pictures, but I'll put them in my Lost Souls post.

On Saturday we went to Steph and Eric's wedding celebration. Nora got to meet Brad and Julie! She was a champ, and smiled at everyone there. That night we watched the UFC fights with Sawyer and Amanda.

She was tired and got a little fussy. We told Sawyer to stand up and bounce her. He put her right to sleep.

Bailey, Mason, and Nora came to church in Ririe with us, and then we stopped at the barn on the way home to give them a tour. That evening we had the usual crew over for Sunday dinner.

We were supposed to be getting ready for church, but we just sat on the floor for the longest time watching Nora play on her little mat. She loves it, and gets so crazy and animated on it. She totally loses control of her arms, and it's the funniest thing.

Jonnae got to meet Nora for the first time!

Noah and Jonnae are moving to Texas in a few weeks for his grad school, so we knew this would be the last time we were all together for awhile. Noah suggested we take a picture. Great idea! I'm super excited for them, but it won't be the same without them here. 😢

Monday was the 4th of July. It has always been Bailey's favorite holiday, and she was excited for Nora to get to do all the things she used to love doing in IF for the 4th. The first stop was the parade!

Idaho Falls parade! Mark and I haven't been to the parade in years, because it always falls during the Stadium of Fire. It's a lot more fun with a baby!

After the parade, we had a BBQ, and played spike ball. That's pretty hilarious to watch!

Backyard BBQ! I love having everyone together! Taylor was in IF with some buddies for the 4th, so he came over for lunch too.

It was such a fun weekend. It makes me even more antsy for Bailey and Mason to hurry up and finish school so they can move back here!
